A Bag of 'Portland Sangria' for Summer Parties

ENSO urban winery simplifies sangria with a two-bottle bag that's ready for picnics, camping, or backyard barbecue.

Forget spending an hour chopping fruit for the dubious recipe your college roommate brought back from Spain: Southeast Stark's Enso Urban Winery has unleashed the "Portland Sangria"—a bagged-wine blend of dry rosé, local berries, and a touch of spice—just in time for backyard sipping season, no knife (or corkscrew) required.

The $20, 1.5 liter bag (that's two bottles, in case you're counting) comes armed with a spigot that's ready to fill up your Solo Cups or Grandma's crystal wine glasses—and everything in between.

Where to find it: Portland Sangria is now available at New Seasons markets and Enso's tasting room at 1416 SE Stark St.

For a festive summer kick-off (and 10% discount on Sangria bags) join the team at Enso on Friday, June 21 beginning at 4 pm. Expect $4 glasses of Sangria, wine tastings, nosh from the Taco Pedaler, and a 10 pm dance party in the Barrel Room, no RSVP necessary.
