Nails Y’all at Perican Bing

The Austin, Texas-based cartoonist-turned-nail artist, Meghann Rosales of Nails Y'all, is coming to Portland! Come down to Perican Bing to try out some of Rosales’ whacky designs, including custom pet portraits, fun geometrics, and snappy slogans like, “Don’t look at me in that tone of voice.”
