With a career that spans both politics and documentary photography, Castillo has been on the front lines of myriad social justice movements for decades. This exhibit, Documenting Chicano Life and Activism, features 20 photographs by Castillo on the Chicano worker and student civil rights movements of the 1970s—from L.A.'s Chicano Moratorium March to the United Farm Workers demonstrations that ultimately won new protections for migrant laborers in California.
