The regal, 85-seat restaurant is anchored by a massive brass bar and lined with red velvet stools, while the matte black Gianni Acunto oven—a 900-degree monster from Naples—pops out flavors like kale-smoked mozzarella-honey and a potato-truffle oil with miner's lettuce. In addition to 16 beers and wines on tap, house-made soda fountain cocktails, piped into vintage soda bottles, ventures into boozy nostalgia with bourbon-spiked Root Beer Flips and the bitters-infused "Craig Cola."
