Portland Monthly’s Cowabunga powered by Toyota
Our inaugural farm-to-table food fest took over Rossi Farms for a three-day love note to local chefs, farmers, ranchers, and artisans. At an event designed as a chance to celebrate Oregon’s edible bounty and get up close and personal with 100-plus chefs, farmers, ranchers, artisans, and purveyors behind the city and state’s most delicious fare, more than 2,100 hungry attendees ate, drank, and reveled at historic Rossi Farms in Parkrose over the course of three wild days and nights, benefiting Oregon Food Bank & Parkrose High School.
