The SE Wine Collective is part vino incubator, part wine club, and part restaurant. The vibrant collection of wine aged within these urban walls finds a partner in the Collective's Oui Wine Bar, where the kooky, global, intensely seasonal menu turns out plates like “All the Squash”: delicata, cut into two pillars that overflow with crispy, harissa-spiced chickpeas, feta, and big leaves of mint over a tangy squash hummus. It looks like a high school diorama and sounds like a hashtag, but manages to bring out the best of each variety with pluck and contrast.
