As Portland enters a new phase as the first "Shared City," we've rounded up 10 of the best Portland-area rentals. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a cheap spot to stash your guests passing through town, or a vacation home big enough to host your whole family, at least one of the rentals on this list will have you checking your calendar. And, with nightly prices ranging from $59 to $1,200, we've included a retreat for every budget.

10. Urban Garden Studio

At only $67 a night, this charming, one-room, light-filled garden studio is the perfect getaway for the city couple on a budget. Highlights: homemade vegan breakfast pastries, outdoor claw foot tub, Jacuzzi tub located in shared indoor bathroom, massage therapist available upon request and the lush outdoor garden space.

9. Tugboat House on Columbia River

This one-of-a-kind converted tugboat boasts three stories, each featuring their own deck, with ample opportunity for stunning views of the Columbia River.  Highlights: king-size memory foam mattress, heated kitchen and bathroom tile floors, and the comfortably furnished wheelhouse with a 360-degree view of the surrounding river.
