The bright and airy 650-square-foot space from French custard-style ice cream guru Chad Draizin offers eight ice creams, four sorbets, two soft serve flavors, and creative toppings including sweet corn dust, candied rosemary, ghost pepper salt, and bee pollen. Draizin debuted his retro-styled ice cream food truck in 2010, quickly garnering attention for flavors like Caramelized Apple ice cream and Passionfruit with Sichuan Peppercorn sorbet. From Cuban coffee and perfected house-made cones to four date night-ready creative sorbet cocktails and ice cream sandwiches, there’s something for everyone.
