Los Gorditos - Portland

With three locations and a food cart (check website for its location), this vegan-friendly taqueria delivers satisfying spins on Mexican street food. Try the herbivorous brunch menu, the chile relleno burrito, or anything with the house-made, gluten-free soyrizo. The vegan tacos will satisfy carnivores and herbivores alike: corn tortillas hug meaty soycurls and thick bean paste or dark crumbles of soyrizo with grilled onion. There’s a meat menu, too, for those who need their asada or carnitas fix.
