Military personnel arriving into Portland during the Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week were honored to accompany Meals on Wheels People volunteers and make some very special deliveries, surprising and delighting many seniors who received meals that day. Meals on Wheels People is the official 2019 Portland Rose Festival charity partner, with activation’s throughout many Portland Rose Festival events.
