The Couve Is on the Menu This October

Eleven years in, Dine the Couve is still doing what it set out to do: encourage people to gather around the table and explore Vancouver and Clark County, one bite at a time.

Visit Vancouver WA’s annual dining month returns this October with two price options designed to give restaurants more flexibility while offering diners a range of ways to sample the food scene. Throughout the month, participating restaurants will offer special 3 for $35 and/or 3 for $50 menus, with each business choosing the option that works best for their establishment (or both).

“I think Clark County’s restaurant scene is really approachable with options for any occasion, so we really model the dining month program on that premise,” said Erica Lindemann, Director of Marketing and Communications at Visit Vancouver WA. “Ultimately, it’s for the restaurants, which is why we’ve kept Dine the Couve during a month of need (for many establishments), and encourage folks to get out in the community even if the weather gets a little grayer.”

The change comes as restaurants continue to navigate rising ingredient and labor costs, along with the many expenses of operating a business in 2026. Offering restaurants a choice of price point lets more businesses participate while creating a wider variety of experiences for diners, from casual dinners and shared plates to wine pairings and more elevated dining experiences.

At its heart, Dine the Couve is about showcasing the people and places behind Clark County’s food culture. What started as a single-price dining promotion downtown has grown into an annual invitation to discover the restaurants, breweries, wineries, and other businesses that give the community its culinary personality.

The Dine the Couve Pass will also return in 2026. The free, mobile-friendly pass, created in partnership with Bandwango, lets diners browse participating restaurants, access menus, and check in as they visit. Each check-in earns 100 points. Collect 300 points for one entry in the Dine the Couve prize drawing, with three winners receiving a $100 gift card to the participating restaurant of their choice.

Whether you’re revisiting a longtime favorite like NOM NOM, Fortside Brewing, or McMenamins, checking out a newer spot like Loyal Legion, The Savvy Sipper, or Quarry Public House, or finally trying a place that’s been on your list, like Rally Pizza, Uptown Barrel Room, or Silverball Social Club, Dine the Couve gives you plenty of options. With a whole month to dine around Clark County, it’s a chance to revisit favorites, try somewhere new, and maybe find your next go-to.
