Start with a black base color. If it’s good quality polish, you will only need one coat. Next, take your tweezers and tear off small pieces of the sponge. You will need four pieces in total.

Starting with the white polish, dab a small dot onto the aluminum foil. Using your tweezers, take one of the sponge pieces and dip it into the polish. The trick is not to use too much so make sure to dab any excess of

Repeat step two using the yellow polish. Sponge the yellow over the white.
