Dr. Skourtis is arguably the most exceptionally trained plastic surgeon in our region. She completed plastic surgery training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, craniofacial surgery specialty fellowship training at Stanford University, head and neck microvascular reconstruction and facial plastic surgery fellowship training in the Department of Otolaryngology at OHSU, and general surgery residency at OHSU. Dr. Skourtis has published research in international scientific journals and authored textbook chapters on facial reconstruction and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. This diverse and distinguished educational background has structured Dr. Skourtis’s logical, multifaceted approach to face and body plastic and reconstructive surgery. 

Dr. Skourtis skillfully performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body, with meticulous attention to detail and an artistic eye. She is also highly experienced in complex corrective and revisional surgery.
