Bastas has been taking advantage of the Northwest's verdant bounty since it opened its doors in 1992. Using all local and organic produce, meats, fish and forest ingredients, they craft fresh pastas, sausages, pancetta, breads, deserts and infusions in-house. The location is furnished by all local artisans, with all furniture coming from local businesses and lumber yards.
