Thick like a pencil, uncannily chewy, and cheap as hell, Duh Kuh Bee’s noodles are among the best in town. Round out the table with a ration of candy-sweet barbecue ribs served in a dining room that appears to have been airlifted from Asia to downtown Beaverton, and you have bliss.
