After years offering sausages and sandwiches at area farmers markets and hosting supper clubs, Ethan and Ashley Bisagna’s Feastworks expanded to include a charming deli off of Sellwood’s main drag. The power couple, who honed their butchers knives at Washington’s famed The Herbfarm, Clyde Common, and Laurelhurst Market, fill their deli case with great housemade charcuterie—including Basque-style chistorra sausages, knackwurst and smoked pork rillettes. All the while they craft seasonal salads, sandwiches, and sharable platters loaded with meats and grilled veggies. Save room for flaky, caramelized cherry nectarine hand pies and ambrosial dark chocolate brownies.
