Elephants Delicatessen celebrated 40 years of great local food from scratch with 200 of their customers, partners, and employees. They transformed their flagship store on NW 22nd into a veritable food and drink festival, packing every nook of the store with delicious treats. CEO Anne Weaver and Executive Chef Scott Weaver (the Weavers co-own Elephants along with founder Elaine Tanzer) were on hand to thank guests for supporting their family owned and -operated business for four decades.
