Quartet of Chefs was an intimate fundraising dinner for SEI that brought together Portland’s Finest Chef’s under one roof to create a sampling of culinary delights.  This gourmet event was hosted at the home of SEI Board Member, Alan Davis. The Chef’s included:  Sarah Schafer—Irving Street kitchen, Cathy Whims-Nostrana, Chris DiMinno- Clyde Common, Rick Gencarelli- Lardo  and Trent Pierce –Block & Tackle.
