WEEKEND PICK

George Johanson Artist Talk at Augen

By Anne Adams November 11, 2010

George Johanson’s work (pictured) often features the clutter of crowds, giving a feeling of chaos, adventure, and community. Hopefully he can tell you more about his inspirations, his apparent affinity for jazz, and his frequent use of slightly monochromatic pallets, this Saturday at noon when he hosts an Artist Talk at Augen Gallery (716 NW Davis).

While you’re there, get a gander at some prints by Pablo Picasso (Maybe you’ve heard of him?)
