JULY 27–29 One hundred miles from Portland in the East Cascade’s scenic White River Canyon, What The Festival, a brand-new three-day festival, emerges with an eclectic mix of 56 electronic and dance bands, including Ghostland Observatory, Beats Antique, and many more.
