Win Tickets to Snow Patrol + Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds

Combined, Snow Patrol and Noel Gallagher, who was one half of the brother duo that fronted Oasis but now fronts Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, have sold some 45 million albums (and that's just giving Gallagher half of Oasis’s total sales), not to mention wracked up dozens of awards, nominations, and top 10 hits (maybe “Chasing Cars,” “Wonderwall,” or “Champagne Supernova” strike a bell?). If only Coldplay were involved, we could say the Third British Invasion is taking over the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall next Tuesday.
We have to admit we were a little skeptical of the appropriateness of the draped and decorated halls of the Schnitz for these two stalwarts of alternative rock, but then we saw Snow Patrol’s video for “In the End” (below) and now we’re breaking out our tails and working on our Fred Astaire moves. If only we can find a girl who can fly like she’s in the Matrix…
To welcome our international guests, we’re offering a pair of tickets to their show.
