As the sister bar to next door neighbor Vault, Jinx is very similar, but spins a different vibe. Instead of the bright lights of its older sibling, Jinx’s atmosphere is dark and intimate. The u-shaped bar is kitschy and the architecture is mod and mirrory. Drinks have cutesy names and are mostly a mix of fun cocktails, with a price range that’s typical for an upscale joint in the Pearl. The location is supposedly cursed—naming the place “Jinx” is a clever kick to all the closed bars who have come before it.
