Skyline Burgers On Broadway Short Film Showcase
What: A night of short films by Portland’s own James Westby, including a meet-and-greet with the director of acclaimed films like Film Geek, The Auteur, and Rid of Me (set in Portland). Best of all, you can nosh on Skyline’s burgers while you enjoy the mini-film fest.

Build Your Own Bitters at The Meadow
What: A hands-on class that will dive into the exotic world of bitters, exploring how bitters bring balance and depth of flavor to everything from cocktails to dessert. Guests will taste over a dozen aromatic ingredients and be guided in the creation of their own concoctions to bring home.
When: Wednesday, April 4th from 7:30 to 9 pm
Where: The Meadow 3731 North Mississippi Ave

Women Enjoying Beer Event at Mellow Mushroom
What: Great beer, free pizza, served with a slice of women-powered history! This informal event serves as a meet and greet for beer-loving ladies, and will include a fascinating presentation by Women Enjoying Beer founder Ginger Johnson called HerStory: Women in Beer. Men are more than welcome to attend.
When: Thursday, April 5th from 6 to 8 pm
Where: Mellow Mushroom 1411 NW Flanders St.
How Much: Free pizza and presentation. The first 50 attendees will receive a free beer mug.
First Friday Happy Hour and Film Screening at Milwaukie Kitchen & Wine
What: The market’s inaugural participation in Milwaukie First Friday will feature Happy Hour prices on small bites and wine, and the team will host Planned Parenthood and the Clackamas Legislative Action Team to present a special screening of “No Woman, No Cry”, a documentary following four women with high-risk pregnancies around the world. Also be sure to check out the latest line-up of cooking classes at the market, including Master’s Series Chocolate & Caramel with David Briggs of Xocolatl de David.
When: Friday, April 06 from 5 to 8 pm.

The Gamechanger Benefit at Scott Paul PDX
What: An evening of appetizers from Pascal Sauton of Milwaukie Kitchen & Wine, great wine from Scott Paul, and auction for a great cause. The fundraiser event is a collaboration between Tom De Blasis, Design Innovation Director for the Nike Foundation, Scott Paul Wines, and Waves 4 Water. Proceeds from the event will buy 75 Nike Gamechanger Buckets that deliver access to clean water to developing communities around the world.
When: Saturday, April 14th, from 5 to 8 pm.

Earth Day Artisan Market at Cooper Mountain Vineyards
What: A market showcasing the culinary artisans who are growing, foraging, raising, and writing about Oregon’s bounty. Several culinary craftsmen, including Oregon Truffle Oil, Feastworks Charcuterie, Fraga Farms Organic Goat Cheese, and the Oregon Olive Mill will be on hand with their locally-produced goods, and Ashley Gartland will also signing her book Dishing Up Oregon.
When: Saturday, April 21, from 1 to 4 pm.

How Much: Admission is free.
"Le Mixeur: Sharky" at Teardrop Lounge
What: A cocktail-fueled benefit for the Northwest Autism Foundation and Sharky Munat, the ten-year-old son of Ted Munat (author of Left Coast Libations and creator of the Le Mixeur event series). Nine Portland bartenders, including Mary Bartlett (Park Kitchen), Sean Hoard (Teardrop Lounge), Tommy Klus (Kask), Jeff Morgenthaler (Clyde Common), Adam Robinson (Bent Brick), Kelly Swenson (Spirit of ’77), and many more. Food will be provided by Jennifer & Ken Norris (Riffle NW), Scott Dolich (Park Kitchen), Alex Yoder (Olympic Provisions), and Bridegport Brewing.
When: Sunday, April 22nd from 6 to 11 pm.
Where: Teardrop Lounge 1015 NW Everett Street
