Friday and Saturday's Grand Tasting transformed Pioneer Courthouse Square into a wonderland of Oregon's top restaurants, artisans, wineries, and breweries serving up their best bites and sips to America's culinary elite and local foodies alike. In addition to cream-of-the-crop food and drink, the Grand Tasting also featured cooking demonstrations from VIP chefs like Chris Cosentino, April Bloomfield, Cory Schreiber, and Naomi Pomeroy at the KitchenAid Main Demo Stage.
