Slide Show: 2013 International Pinot Noir Celebration
Every year during the last weekend in July, seventy of the world's best Pinot noir-producing wineries, fifty top Pacific Northwest chefs, and hundreds of wine lovers from Burgundy to Tokyo come together for three days of education, libations, and celebration at McMinnville's Linfield College. The International Pinot Noir Celebration is an all-inclusive tour through the wilderness of the world's most mysterious grape, led by the people who have loved it their whole lives: headlining wine writers, multi-generation Burgundian vignerons, Oregon Pinot pioneers, Northern California winemakers that refuse to bow to the big-and-bold bottle trends of the Golden State, and an entire globe worth of wine producers, distributors, and everyday drinkers alike.
