The newly-opened Sentinel hotel has teamed up with John Janulis (Bye & Bye and Sweet Hereafter) and Jake Carey (Dig a Pony) to create Jackknife, a renovated lobby bar with killer cocktails and a diverse bar snack menu. Jackknife, located at 614 SW 11th Ave, opened its doors on April 18 and we got a special taste of all that the historic hotel bar has to offer. All photos ©Brooke Bass
