When Coopers Hall opened in April 2014, we were impressed with the wine list at the gargantuan new urban winery, but the food left a bit to be desired. Thankfully, chef Roscoe Roberson dialed in his vision and shifted gears from fussy, refined plates to heaping portions of family-style fare that beg you to bring a crowd and taste everything on the menu. Between the massive wine list on tap from sommelier Joel Gunderson, the soul-satisfying food, and the party-every-night-in-8000-square-feet vibe, we're happy to report that Cooper's Hall has stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. The key to a perfect night at Coopers Hall? It's all in the company you bring—and your appetite. We've got a few tips in the slide show above.
