Straight from the mouths Michelin-trained Katy Millard and wine enthusiast Ksandek Podbielski: Coquine, their anticipated den of personal dining, should be open by early June at 6839 SE Belmont Street. Here’s what you need to know about Coquine and Portland’s next big food couple.

Meanwhile, their last pre-brick-and-mortar pop-up is April 17, in collaboration with The Bruery, a small California craft brewery focused on barrel-aged and experimental ales.
