Farm To Fit's Valentine’s Day Dinner Delivered to Your Door

What: An indulgently romantic four- course dinner for two delivered to your door, so you can focus on the lovin' and not the choppin' of onions. Chef Jeremy Baumgartner designed a menu he would love to cook for his own wife on Valentine’s Day, including local Dungeness crab strudel with marinated artichokes and meyer lemon sauce, grilled Painted Hills beef filet mignon with grilled asparagus and truffle demi glace, and chocolate salted caramel tartlets.

Lovingly Nourishing Yourself—Valentine's Day Workshop on Mindful Eating

What: Valentine’s Day desserts bring good intentions, but not much nourishment. Before you break into that box of chocolates, join a dialogue on mindful eating and exercise in this women’s circle workshop. Hosted by Portland’s Strong As Oak Nutrition, meditation and discussion will finish with fun treats like Love Raw Bars with cacao and maca, Chinese medicinal wine from Leah Jorgensen. and "Love" tea by Tea Chai Te.

Get Your Glutes On Pilates Workshop at MotionLab

What: Think your workouts aren’t focused enough? This workshop is anything butt! Get an anatomical rundown on your rear muscles then learn the pilates moves that tone them. This group practice promises to strengthen your glutes, improve your balance and get your butt in shape.

The New Monthly Restorative Spa at the Bhaktishop

What: Calm your nerves while you resolve to rest, relax, and take better care of yourself in this new monthly series of Restorative bliss with yoga teacher Jeannie Songer. Featuring long-held supported poses, yoga nidra, meditation, and mantra, guests will deeply rest amidst all the noise of this crazy life. Space is limited to 12 students only so that deep stillness can be found, and so there will be plenty of attention to each student in the form of nurturing physical adjustments. All levels welcome.

T’ai Chi Chuan at the Wellspring School

What: Explore the Taoist form of exercise and active meditation with Michael Guida BPS, LMT in these bi-weekly classes for all levels. Learn how to increase strength and stamina, correct physical posture and alignment, and discover exercises in breathing, sensitivity, concentration, and meditation.
