It's back!

The 5th annual Portland Modern Homes Tour will walk you inside eight stunning Portland homes, without the hassle of being charged for trespassing. Hosted by longtime architecture writer Brian Libby, the event will be a crosstown romp through some of the area's coolest houses, including a floating home on the Willamette River, a restored Robert Rummer home, an apartment in the Treehouse building, and several more.

"For five years we’ve been building this tour into something special and unique," writes Modern Homes' vice president Ken Shallcross in an email. "We have a few returning architects this year, which is a great thing to be able to showcase their work year after year. All of our participants are local architects that really deserve more recognition than I feel they get on a regular basis. They are all wonderful."
