Description

From serial restaurateur Nate Tilden comes a taco shop designed with Portlanders in mind: everything is made in-house, from scratch (except the tortillas, from local masa masters Three Sisters Nixtamal); margaritas are available on draft, and slushie style—dispensed directly from the bar’s compact, slow-churning machine; outside, a wood-fenced courtyard holds seating for a small army of Divison street tourists. From the compact menu of tacos, the slow cooked meats are best. Try the al pastor, made with spit roasted pork belly and pineapple, or the cotija-flecked carne de res.
