Chef James King of the Frying Scotsman food cart has done a wonderful thing: he's brought UK-style fish and chips to Portland. You choose from cod, red snapper, halibut, mahi mahi and haddock, and King will fry it up in a delicious, light batter and serve it with chips and tartar sauce. On a gloomy Portland day, you can almost imagine you're in London.
