Co-founded by Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong—James Beard Award-winning chefs and acclaimed restaurateurs—HFWF showcases the riches of Hawai‘i’s farms, ranches, and sea, and promotes a more sustainable Hawai‘i. Chefs prepare inventive dishes with Hawai‘i-sourced ingredients throughout the festival. Enjoy interactive dining experiences, cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and excursions. Proceeds benefit local food sustainability, culinary education, and agricultural non-profits.
