Sample, taste, savor, and delight in some of the finest chocolate from the Northwest and beyond!

Who said New Year’s resolutions have to start January 1?  The end of January is a perfectly fine time to set those unrealistic goals – after ChocolateFest, of course. Why would you possibly decide to give up chocolate before one of best chocolate festivals in the country, or the world for that matter?

Everything in moderation. So get yourself over to the Oregon Convention Center January 20-22 and pace yourself to indulge in all variations of chocolate possible:   raspberry, strawberry-balsamic, blood orange, and cappuccino bon bons;  yummy soft chocolate caramels; ginger or Thai chili truffles, sinful drinking chocolate, and so much more.

New this year is a chocolate beer made by beer maestro Chris at Back Pedal Brewing .  Ok, here we go: Belgian dark strong ale with layers of chocolate flavor from Belgian Dark Candi Syrup, chocolate malted barley, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, and cold brew coffee. AND, a portion of the sales at ChocolateFest will go to the World Forestry Center, who produces ChocolateFest as a fundraiser.  High five everyone!

You’re for sure to walk away with not only a chocolate buzz, but feeling smarter too as many vendors are eager to tell you about where they source their cacao, how they process their beans, and how and why they support farmers around the world.

VIP tickets are presale only. General admission tickets are pre-sale and available at the door. The first 100 people in line each day will receive a free ChocolateFest water bottle!

Chocolate, wine, beer, vodka, sake, hard cider, and brain enhancement. Done.
