Tour of Remodeled Homes ™ demonstrates modern

solutions to age-old homeowner desires

Twelve homes on popular tour showcase clever remodeling tricks

The 18th annual Tour of Remodeled Homes™ presented by Standard TV & Appliance, runs Saturday, March 11, and Sunday, March 12 and showcases the latest trends in home remodeling from the area’s top remodelers and professional designers to provide inspiration to show visitors. Scattered throughout the Portland Metro area, the 12 remodels include projects that have doubled the living area, opened up living spaces to breath-taking views, and created solutions for cluttered spaces. The annual event is produced by the Professional Remodelers Organization, a council of Portland’s Home Builders Association.

“Once people see what is possible with renovations, they start to think about ways to improve their own homes,” said Rachel Trice, VP, marketing, membership and events at the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. “During a time when people are hesitant to leave their established neighborhoods, this is especially valuable.”

Featured remodelers on the Tour will be on hand at each project to share their vision and provide expert advice to event attendees.  Remodelers included on the 2017 Tour are: Metke Remodeling & Luxury Homes, Zuver Construction, Highland Ridge Custom Remodeling, Hamish Murray Construction, Petrina Construction, SLS Custom Homes & Remodeling, Mountainwood Homes, NW Renovations & Design Co., C&K Custom Remodeling Inc,  REBUILD and BreAnna Lee Design, LLC, and two homes by COOPER Design Builders.

Tickets are available online at www.remodeltourportland.com and include entry into all twelve tour homes on both days: Saturday, March 11 and Sunday, March 12, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The three starter home addresses will be included on emailed tickets as well as the official Tour Map. Upon arrival, visitors will receive a show magazine and directions to every tour home location. General Admission for the Tour of Remodeled Homes is $22.50 per person.
