In conjunction with Portland Monthly’s May Oregon Woman issue, our 2nd annual Woman Up! event will bring together experts from across the city—and state—for a weekend of wellness & celebration of the bold women shaping Oregon’s future, honoring those who’ve paved the way, and inspiring the next generation. With amazing partners, sponsors, vendors, and guest speakers, this will be a Mother’s Day weekend you won’t want to miss. Tickets are on sale now!

Get inspired, get physical and get down with two days of programming, all of which is benefiting Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest. Located on the beautiful campus at Marylhurst University, we will be kicking it off on Saturday with our Day of Wellness, presented by Cambia Health Solutions. Enjoy hands-on workshops, demos, and presentations on nutrition, creativity, exercise, mindfulness, resilience, grit, and more! The day’s activities will culminate in an evening cocktail reception to honor the bold women reshaping Oregon, as well as those who paved the way.

On Sunday, celebrate your mother, your mentor, and your woman identifying friends for a day of fitness and fun! Walk, stroll, or march in a 5K, or 10k. Races kick off at 8:30am. Blast though the finish line and celebrate at our Woman Up! Festival. Enjoy music, food, drinks, and pop-up shops! This bash will include female lead businesses, tasty bites, drinks, a Regence VIP area and bar, lady chefs, DJs and more! Needless to say, it will be an action packed.
