In October 2018, “Pioneers of the Pearl” Hoyt Street Properties will unveil a new luxurious condominium building to join a family of others in the expanding Pearl District of Portland is part of the company’s master plan for the neighborhood, the Vista encourages interaction with the lush Portland environment while offering amenities and conveniences that make life simple.

“The building has sweeping views of the river, the Fremont Bridge, Fields Park, and the West Hills. Residents can experience the outdoors even from inside,” says Marilyn Andersen, principal broker for Hoyt Realty Group.

The Vista, with 21 stories of condominiums, common areas, and retail space, is Hoyt Street Properties’ thirteenth building in the Pearl. This project is part of an effort to expand the neighborhood closer to the Willamette River, building on the extensive work Hoyt has done to revitalize this area in partnership with the City of Portland. The neighborhood is also maintained by the Hoyt Street Yards Community Association, a homeowners association that upholds standards to preserve a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
