Friday, March 29 – Taste Washington On the Farm
Come around the table with farmers, winemakers and chefs to celebrate the hands and land behind Washington’s food and wine. Start your day with a private shopping experience at Filson’s flagship store in Seattle, and then hop aboard a bus to tour a local farm with its owner. While there, savor a remarkable lunch paired with incredible Washington wine and topped with delicious sweet treats.
This year, there are two unique farm experiences: one at Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center with brilliant chef and Musang Seattle founder Melissa Miranda and the other at Fall City Farms with the talented Maggie Trujillo, executive chef at new Seattle restaurant Aerlume.
Friday, March 29 – The New Vintage presented by Lexus
Consider this event your backstage pass to meet and mingle with the chefs and winemakers putting Washington State on the world’s culinary heat map. Located in Seattle’s stylish new venue, The Sanctuary, this is your chance to taste delectable dishes from local all-star chefs, including recent James Beard Award winner Edouardo Jordan, Ethan Stowell, Rachel Yang, Zoi Antonitsas, Brian Clevenger, Elizabeth Kenyon, Shota Nakajima, Kyle Peterson and Gavin Stephenson. There will even be a few out-of-town friends including Chris Cosentino, Vivian Howard, Elias Cairo and Taste Washington favorite Gregory Gourdet.
This year, extend your evening with Lexus Late Night hosted by chef Edouardo Jordan. Rub shoulders with industry luminaries at a private party at Salare restaurant—complete with specially prepared bites, premier Washington wine and cutting-edge cocktails.
Saturday and Sunday, March 30 & 31 – Grand Tasting

Slurp down fresh Pacific Northwest oysters from Fire & Vine Hospitality and Taylor Shellfish and wash them down with top wines from K Vintners or Chateau Ste. Michelle. Then, head to one of the two stages to watch today’s hottest chefs demonstrate their culinary skills on stage. Once you’ve made your rounds, you simply won’t believe in having too much of a good thing.
