Tenderloin, sustainable sushi, tuna, locally raised farm-fresh eggs, bacon, and Bloody Marys created an unforgettable experience for the Portland palate at historic Rossi Farms. Our second annual Cowabunga, powered by Toyota, was a farm-to-table celebration of Oregon’s edible bounty through a showcase of the best local butchers, chefs, farms, ranchers, flowers, distillers, coffee, and cocktails that Portland has to offer. The event brought more than 2,500 food-focused and hungry attendees together to taste the Pacific Northwest’s most delicious fare. With demos, competitions, bites, DJs, and live entertainment, we rocked the farm through the night while guests sang Baby Ketten karaoke, all in support of Meals on Wheels People and the Parkrose School District youth programs.
