The annual Tour of Remodeled Homes™ presented by Standard TV & Appliance takes place Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15. Scattered throughout the Portland Metro area, 13 projects will showcase the latest trends in home remodeling from the area’s top remodelers and professional designers to provide inspiration to show visitors. The annual event is produced by Portland’s Home Builders Association, which also produces the NW Natural Street of Dreams.

Homeowners choose to remodel their current homes for a variety of reasons—to bring a fresh, new energy to an old space; to add more space; to upgrade cabinets, counters, appliances and fixtures; to create a floor plan that’s customized for you; or to improve energy efficiency with new windows, doors, insulation, and climate control systems. In an age of endless scrolling and researching online, the Tour of Remodeled Homes allows you to meet experts face-to-face to see their work in person and determine if they are a good fit for your home project.

This year’s show features projects in West Linn, Lake Oswego, SW Portland, Burlingame, Laurelhurst, Bethany, Beaverton, and even a condo in NW Portland.

Participating remodelers are:

  • Brian Schmidt Builder
  • C & K Custom Remodeling
  • COOPER Design Builders (two homes)
  • Creekstone Design + Remodel (three homes)
  • Kraft Custom Construction
  • Metke Remodeling & Luxury Homes
  • Mountainwood Homes
  • Oregon Homeworks
  • Petrina Construction
  • Wieldy Construction

Each remodeler will be on hand to provide expert advice and inspiration to event attendees.

From kitchens to basements to whole-house remodels, there will be plenty of inspiration at this year’s Tour of Remodeled Homes. Tickets are available online and include entry into all eight tour homes on both days: Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Addresses will be emailed to ticket purchasers and posted online the week of the event.
