For more than 25 years Moonstruck Chocolate Co. has built its reputation by creating the Portland-area’s most delectable flavor combinations and innovative chocolate truffle designs. This tradition continues with its latest collection of plant-based, Oat Milk Chocolate Truffles. Using all natural ingredients, each are handcrafted by Moonstruck Chocolate Co.’s artisans to tempt the eye as well as the palate.
The new line of truffles, which are sold exclusively at its retail locations, comes in three decadent varieties, including:
- Oat Milk Pecan Praline – A twist on the favorite from the South
- Oat Milk Dark Chocolate Ganache – A rich and smooth dark chocolate classic
- Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk Caramel – What would fall be without pumpkin spice?
“We’re very excited to launch the new plant-based, Oat Milk Truffles so we can truly have something for everyone,” said Russell Sneddon, CEO of the family-owned company. “We like to say, ‘where there is chocolate there is magic,’ and we think we all could use a bit of magic right about now.”
After making the difficult decision to close in March due to due to Covid-19, the company is excited to re-open its three Portland-area retail stores in Downtown Portland, Beaverton Town Square and its factory store in St. John’s all while ensuring the safety of its customers and employees.
“We are excited to get to re-open our doors for our customers,” said Sneddon. “We’ve been working to ensure we can safely deliver the magical Moonstruck experience our customers have come to expect.”
Furthermore, customers can choose their favorite way to shop whether it be in-store, contactless curbside pick-up or same day delivery. The company wants to make sure there are no barriers between them and the area’s best variety of chocolate creations.
