Downsizing from a big house to a two bedroom can be daunting, but for longtime Portland resident, Jim Bogan, moving to the top floor of The Canyons is a happy, life-enhancing decision. After his wife passed away, Jim found it difficult to maintain a large house, but he didn’t want to leave the neighborhood he loved. The Canyons was the ideal solution.
