When you visit Boedecker Cellars’ urban winery in NW Portland, you will find world-class Pinot Noirs and perhaps the winemakers too - in the back of the cellar, with purple teeth and multiple glasses discussing the finer details of their wines. Founded in 2003 and hidden in Portland since 2008, this hidden gem of a winery is open for tastings and events Wednesday through Sunday.
