Discover your dream this summer at the 48^th annual NW Natural Street of Dreams®, July 29 – August 20! Held in Sherwood, Oregon, Denali Summit will feature stunning homes with Mt. Hood views situated at the gateway to Oregon’s wine country. The annual home tour produced by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland offers a unique opportunity for home inspiration, showcasing the latest in design trends and technology for one month this summer.  

Whether you are looking for your dream home, wanting to build a new home or getting ready to remodel or redecorate your current home, you will find your inspiration at this year's show. Denali Summit, a JT Roth Construction community, anchors the show with three luxury custom homes built by JT Roth, Teal Point Custom Homes, and Mike Riddle Construction.

From custom-built homes to luxury condos to tiny homes and outdoor office spaces, this year’s show provides an opportunity to tour a variety of housing styles at various price points, because everyone’s dream home looks a little different. At the main site (Denali Summit), those curious about more energy-efficient living can also cultivate a deeper understanding of sustainable, energy-efficient building practices and technologies in a “Behind the Walls” – a remodel in process exhibit. See these housing features at the main site, but also with a paid admission ticket, attendees can explore even more dream homes around town as a part of the NW Natural Street of Dreams ON TOUR that includes bonus homes open for touring on select dates and times.

This year, $1.00 of your ticket purchase price will be automatically donated to the NW Natural Street of Dreams® charity of choice, Home Building Foundation of Greater Portland. Learn more about HBF and their work to build and renovate transitional housing facilities and support workforce development in the greater Portland region at BuildHopePDX.org. Proceeds from the NW Natural Street of Dreams® also help the Home Building Association of Greater Portland maximize housing choice for those who reside in the greater Portland area.
