Explore the world of cooking with mussels and seaweed through Alanna Kieffer of Shifting Tides. Catch an albacore tuna cooking demonstration by Maylin Chavez, Executive Brand Chef for Blue Evolution, alongside Tommy Gomes, host of "The Fishmonger" TV show. Executive Chef Dennis Cavitt from Garibaldi Portside Bistro will showcase a salmon gravlax demo.
