The teen boys at Albertina Kerr's Laurel residence are mastering life skills and building connections within the community. Kerr is Oregon’s largest provider of 24-hour residential care for youth with I/DD. With 41 group homes, Kerr is home to 128 children, teens, and adults with I/DD. Beyond shelter, we offer vital mental health services, family reunification, and engaging community activities.

But that’s not all—we help children and teens struggling with mental health challenges, offering crisis psychiatric inpatient care. Additionally, we provide job training and follow-along coaching for adults with I/DD.
