In 2022, Bridgeport Village embarked on a multi-million-dollar refresh with the addition of first-to-market brands and an elevated Village Green. CenterCal Properties’ substantial investment in the refresh of Bridgeport Village has provided a year-round space for guests to enjoy genuine connection among neighbors, friends, and families. Constructed during the refresh, Bridgeport’s covered canopies offer wind screens, fireside seating, and comfy chairs for anyone seeking reprieve from the elements – or a simple break from shopping. Visitors can enjoy each other’s company, take a beat, or grab a bite to eat throughout the year, rain or shine.

During the refresh, Bridgeport Village welcomed a host of new-to-market shops to its tenant list. A few of these new shops include Oregon’s first Parachute Home, Johnny Was, the Shade Store, Cotopaxi’s second location, Nike Well Collective, and unique local finds like Straightaway Cocktails, and Tender Loving Empire. Among Bridgeport’s diverse range of dining options is neighborhood favorite Joe’s Burgers, which cooks up classic burgers, and fries and delivers handcrafted milkshakes in vanilla, Oreo, and strawberry, among other flavors. Alternatively, guests can order from a variety of pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, or grab a drink and watch the game at Bunk Sandwiches, Beer Hall & Arcade. Sweet treats and delicious aromas waft from Tanaka, a beloved Japanese bakery and brunch café. In all, more than 12 eateries and restaurants grace the grounds at Bridgeport Village. And, opening this summer, Kona Grill will join Shake Shack and Tanaka as the third restaurant joining the center as part of its refresh.
