Presented by Art In the Pearl July 13, 2025

Set in the shade of the beautiful NW Park Blocks, The Art in The Pearl takes place every Labor Day Weekend.

Portland’s Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival is a top national art festival produced each year by twenty dedicated, volunteer, working artists who serve on the Board. The distinctly artist-run event is committed to arts stewardship and reaches out to the community through Art, Education, and Entertainment. Art In The Pearl Labor Day weekend festival has long been a favorite in Portland as the perfect destination to gather and celebrate the end of summer.

If you are new to Portland or have never attended, Art In The Pearl is Portland’s largest outdoor art fair, drawing thousands of people to its beautiful location under a canopy of trees.  Located on two park blocks within the Pearl District, accomplished artists from around the country and Canada are selected from a rigorous jury selection process.  They will be available to greet the public, present and sell their art, and discuss their process and inspiration. It is a great opportunity to view and acquire heirloom-quality fine art and craft in a wide assorted variety of mediums.

As in years past, the festival is in the iconic NW Park Blocks, situated between NW Davis & NW Flanders streets. Roving musicians will circulate. The festival perimeter will be gated to maintain a safe attendance. There are artist demonstration booths at the event, and there is also a Hands On Art Pavilion area for children and families to make their own art. This year, a great collection of local food booths returns to the festival, so you can enjoy a meal at the show too.
