Whether it’s a sprawling country home built new, a stunning townhouse in the heart of the city, or a well-appointed suburban one-level house, this year’s NW Natural Street of Dreams® inspires people and brings visions to life.

This special signature summer event, produced by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA), happens from July 31 to August 24, 2025, and showcases a full spectrum of homes that celebrate unique design and innovation. Operating for four extended weekends, Thursdays through Sundays, this is the second year that the event features its ON TOUR feature, which beckons visitors to see more than a dozen featured homes across the Portland Metro area.

Rachel Trice, chief marketing officer of HBA, shared, “Building on the success of our ON TOUR format launched in 2024, we’re thrilled to continue expanding the event beyond a single site. This approach allows us to feature a much broader range of builders, giving more professionals the opportunity to showcase their talent and craftsmanship to a wider audience.”

The craftsmanship, design, innovation, and luxury homes that will be on display are truly unrivaled. This year, visitors can tour homes in Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin, Wilsonville, SW Portland, NW Portland, Happy Valley, and Forest Grove. Featured developers include Elite Homes, Stone Bridge Homes, Dez Development, Rose City Homes, and many others.

The 2025 event will include a wider variety of housing types of price points, too – including townhomes, ‘middle housing’ cottage clusters, and even homes built from recycled shipping containers. This approach helps attract individuals and families of all ages, walks of life, budgets, and interests, while celebrating the diversity of what truly makes a ‘dream home’.

Single tickets grant a one-time entry into each home and feature of the event, with the option to visit on different days. This year, $1 of every ticket sold will be donated to the NW Natural Street of Dreams charity: the Home Building Foundation of Greater Portland – a nonprofit that provides funds and resources to local organizations for shelter renovations, workforce development, and residential construction industry scholarships.
