Weekend Sounds on the Village Green

Summer weekends are sounding even better at Bridgeport Village. Beginning June 26 through the end of August, guests can enjoy free live music on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on the Village Green.

Gather, Relax and Stay Awhile

Whether taking a break from shopping, dining outdoors, or gathering with friends, visitors can relax and enjoy live performances in the open-air setting. Featuring a mix of folk, jazz, soul, and Americana artists, the seasonal lineup highlights a variety of local talent.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets for lounging on the lawn, gather at picnic tables near the nature-inspired play area, or relax beneath covered pavilions with a scoop of Salt & Straw ice cream. With its park-like setting and elevated amenities, the Village Green has become a favorite community gathering space for all ages.

Family-Friendly Fun, Portland Style

Families can also enjoy Saturday Kids Concerts, held the third Saturday of the month from July through September, from 10 a.m. to noon. This year’s featured performers include Kelli Welli, Jessa Campbell & the Saplings, and Grammy®-nominated musician Aaron Nigel Smith.

Rooted in Portland’s nationally recognized “kindie” music scene, the series blends upbeat music, playful storytelling, and interactive performances designed to entertain kids and grownups alike.
